SALT + EARTH DINNER. CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME

Midwest Charity Begins at Home is a local Midwest charity providing financial assistance to local families dealing with a serious illness such as cancer. To date, they have helped over 235 local families to date and given out over $2.2 million dollars to families in our community.

We were proud to be able to sponsor their inaugural SALT + EARTH Dinner by donating some of our Abrolhos Octopus. Chef Blair Lavender from Harbourview Restaurant created delicious charred octopus tostadas with cream pea pesto as part of an amazing menu featuring incredible local produce. It was a brilliant night and we can’t wait to do it again next year.
