We were delighted to be showcased at the first-ever Pearls and Plates festival, a long table lunch celebrating the freshest seafood of the surrounding Abrolhos Islands.
Featuring the best seasonal WA produce (including our naturally tender Abrolhos Octopus of course!), Guy Jeffreys, Executive Chef for Fogarty Wine Group and well-known chef Anna Gare, delivered a culinary journey of contemporary fine dining dishes amongst the laid back island surrounds of Post Office Island.
