We are proud to announce that our wild-caught, sustainable Abrolhos Octopus has been featured in the latest episode of Plating Up WA.

Russell Blaikie, head chef of Must Winebar, uses the fresh octopus in a recipe for Chargrilled Abrolhos Octopus, see the video below:

The Plating Up WA series, an initiative from Buy West Eat Best, celebrates the great local produce available from all over Western Australia.
